This recognises the innovative safety-focused solutions developed with support from Ufi Voctech Trust and Connected Places Catapult in collaboration with industry partners including Network Rail, Angel Trains, Northern, South Western Railway (SWR), and Great Western Railway (GWR). Developed with our software partner Totem Learning, these VR Simulation Serious Games deliver highly realistic, immersive & interactive simulation training for railway staff that build confidence and competence for moments that matter.
Standing out among nine finalists from a wide range of sectors including major household names, our success underscores the strength of cross-industry collaboration and the value of practical innovation in the rail sector.
This award is a major milestone recognising 7 years of investment to develop a truly scalable and flexible railway simulation platform, which can now rapidly deliver affordable skills development across the rail industry.
