The retention period depends on the nature of the information, the reason we hold it and any applicable legal or contractual requirements. Who we share information with

Data processors

Project Delivery

We use suppliers and specialist subcontractors to support the delivery of client projects, software development, data analysis, research and technical consultancy services as well as supplying technology products. These subcontractors work under our instructions and may have controlled access to project information and routine business contact information, such as names, job titles, company names, business email addresses, business telephone numbers and meeting invitations. Access is restricted to information required for the performance of their duties and is subject to contractual confidentiality, data protection and security obligations.

Business Administration Support

We use contract administration and specialist professional advisors to assist with business and financial administration, invoicing, payment processing, tax compliance, financial reporting, sales and marketing. These providers may process routine and limited business contact information, billing information and transaction records necessary for the administration of our business and contracts. Personal information relating to employment is strictly limited to employing managers and payroll services.

Others we share personal information with

  • Professional or legal advisors
  • Relevant regulatory authorities
  • External auditors or inspectors
  • Professional consultants

Personal information shared with suppliers and contractors outside the UK is limited to the routine business contact information and communications needed to support their work for us, rather than being supplied for a standalone personal data processing service.
