Having spent our careers implementing technology and organisational change for major railway businesses, in 2006 we got together to do it for ourselves. We thought it would be fun to work together in a small independent team, with people who shared our passion, only doing what we believe in and doing it well.

Chrome Angel Solutions was founded on the idea of combining superior technology and new ideas from other industries with our practical experience and capability to implement successfully for rail.

We are a small and focussed team, everyone at Chrome Angel Solutions is a shareholder and has a long-term stake in our success. Only people with deep expertise and experience, a passion for new technology and a talent for change join our team. People who share our commitment to delivering an excellent service for our customers, who want to make a difference.

We spend a lot of time listening to engineers, maintainers and operators at all levels - from boardroom to front line - about the challenges they face and what they need to do better. We work closely with customer teams to implement technology and change, gaining deep insight and practical experience of day to day working. We are privileged to have a fantastic network of customers who value what we do, often ask us for help and are always hungry for new ideas.

We have all spent our working lives managing change in one form or another. New technology is always a catalyst for change, but often it's simply the constantly evolving environment around us.

We love technology and believe it can change our world for the better when effectively implemented. We spend a lot of time scanning new technologies and practices that are making a difference in other industries and markets that we can transfer to railways.

Since starting this journey in 2006 we have had many great successes and frankly learned a lot of hard lessons on the way, but we believe we are making a difference and hope you will too.
